15 Days Prior to Check- In:No Cancellation Charges

14-7 Days Prior to Check- In:50% of the full amount would be charged as retention

7-3 Days Prior to Check- In:75% of the full amount would be charged as retention

48 Hrs Prior to Check- In/ No Show:100% of the full amount would be charged as retention

  • The applicable Tariff is subject to change without any prior notice.

  • Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full amount from the guest/travel agent before the check-in.

  • All the bookings made for Weekends, special occasions and Festive season will be on 100% advance and non refundable. Due to the heavy traffic during this holiday period, no post pay at hotels would be accepted.

  • All other extra / incidental charges are to be settled directly by the guest at Resort.

Instructions during Safari

  • In a Gypsy Max.06 adults are allowed

  • Safari Booking Require : Name, Age & One ID Proof like Pan No / DL no / Voter ID no etc –

  • In case of any upward revision of Rates by Government, the additional charges will be collected from Visitors at the time of Entering in Corbett Tiger Reserve

  • Any cancellations on safari bookings or hurdles caused after reservation, due to weather conditions & reasons beyond control will not be resort responsibility

  • Guest to carry valid govt id such as Driving License, Voter Id or Passport

  • Check in: 12:00 Noon and Check out: 10:00 AM

  • All outdoor arrangements are subject to weather conditions

  • DJ if played will be subject to permission from forest department and played indoors

  • Night shall be extended on prorate basis only

  • Early check in and late check out shall subject to availability and chargeable

  • Proper swim wear is required before entering the swimming pool. Swimming trunks are available for purchase at unit.

  • Any cancellations on safari bookings or hurdles caused after reservation, due to weather conditions & reasons beyond control will not be resort responsibility

  • Carrying Arms and ammunition is prohibited on the resort premises
